Study of Comprehensive Utilization of Water Resources of Urban Water Distribution Network

China is a country where the levels of water resources per capita are extremely low. With rapid development urbanization, resource shortages have become bottleneck existing in more and cities. This study considers comprehensive management urban flood control, supply, ecological environment, catches main contradiction between “water deficient” rich” cities, puts forward utilization pattern for by emphasizing rain–flood resources. After simulation study, better regulation brought out achieve multiple benefits based on river system Gucheng Lake, which located Nanjing, Gaochun district, optimizing conventional regulation. The results show that two parameters, low level (LWL) below Lake stops supplying water, high (HWL) importing from rivers, key parameters to decide benefits, LWL 9 m HWL 12 best combination network regulation, annual potential utilizable can reach 57 million m3 year, through resources, negative effect effectively reduced disaster controlled one hand; demand rural 100,000 m3/day, guaranteed as well regional environment improved other hand.
